All our fine jewelry is covered under our quality guarantee and limited warranty. We guarantee all of our custom work and jewelry created in-house to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for five years. To remain eligible for this warranty, you must have your jewelry inspected by our store every 6 months to a year. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, normal or excessive wear and tear, loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance of your fine jewelry.
