We’ve used Legacy from the beginning. My husband designed my engagement ring there five years ago and the service has been exceptional since. They do beautiful work, are always professional, and work with you as much as possible in case of travel and timelines. I am hard on my jewelry and the center stone on my engagement ring was frequently set loose in its prong setting. They worked with me at a steeply discounted rate to redesign the ring using the same stone and shaft for a more hard wearing bezel-set design and the result is stunning. I also have to mention Chelsea; she provides the very best customer service in an approachable, knowledgeable way and is always a joy to work with. Highly recommend their work and their locally owned shop.
